Russell 80 年代於 Art and Drama 大學畢業後就開始了音樂創作，同時也玩 band。 他主要從事 graphic design 的工作，但也在電影事業發展，Russell 曾在 Gwyneth Paltrow and Ewan McGregor 的知名電影“Emma”中演出。自2000 年代開始因電腦科技演變成錄音的好方式，Russell 便開始設計和打造自己的錄音室，錄製其它樂隊及他自己的創作、編曲和演奏音樂。 他的曲風多元，因寫歌時的靈感總是來自他當時的感觸和情緒，無論是哀傷或開心或只想逃避現實生活，都完整的呈現出來。 Russell 創作的靈感來自於 Beatles、Prince、The Prodigy、Eminem、The Sugar Babes、Michael Jackson、The Cure、Soft Cell、Lady Ga Ga and Emiliana Torrini。 Russell 的作品有收錄於 陳奕迅，張惠妹和張芸京的 CD。

Russell has composed music from 80's. With the advance of the technology on computer, Russell made a recording studio to  develop his musical career.
He has a variety of style of music, and cooperated with A-mei, Eason Chan, etc.
